The DD2.JZ continues to take shape
This time it ran like clockwork as Daniel and Christian went to the assembly of the exhaust and the radiator. Daniel showed once again ability during the design of the downpipe. The individual aluminum components were welded together to the nearest millimeter and connected to the end silencer.
The system was equipped with specially designed mount. Only one single silencer has been used throughout the entire exhaust system, resulting in a brute sound later on. We’re looking forward to hearing that.
Meanwhile, Christian took care of the water cooler of the brand Mishimoto and installed it firmly into the front part of the Z4 body.
The holder was worked out with most accurate measurements and installed all around the cooler.
