The water radiator and intercooler also need some work!
Similar to the case before, the placement of the two coolers in the DD2.JZ again requires a custom solution. For this, Christian immediately took care of the front plate sawing around the radiator hoses.
With additional sensors on the radiator hoses, it is possible to control both water temperature and water pressure, thereby reducing the risk of any engine damage.
By using Daniel’s special flaring device from his own workshop, the pipes of the intercooler can finally be assembled.
Within one day, water and intercoolers could finally be installed. The completion of the vehicle is imminent.
